Decent tennis player, but relatively new to Pickleball

I've finally gotten a chance to use these paddles 5+ times, and have been very satisfied with the quality & price point. I've played pickleball a few dozen times over the last few years, always borrowing paddles and not really paying attention to the quality & performance. These gave me the opportunity to play consistently with the same paddle, and in later occasions I had paddles to compare with, from cheaper to way more expensive - I could notice a big difference over cheaper paddles, but that divide was much closer compared to the more expensive paddles. My friend spent over $120 on a single paddle, for reference.I could feel a difference in control with these paddles, I'm able to apply spins fairly easily, and I don't have many mis-hits, or areas of the paddle that feel dead when the ball makes contact. On a side note, the last time we played the temperature was below 40 degrees. From what I was told by the others in the group, they found that their pickleballs tend to become brittle and crack under 40 - we ended up playing with the balls included in this set, and in 2 hours of gameplay, we experienced no issues whatsoever with the pickleballs.

Nice quality paddle, great upgrade option

Pickleball is getting very popular and its easy to pickup a set of paddles+bag from the store or here, but after you play for a bit and use some other peoples paddles its nice to upgrade to a paddle with a good feel, better grip, and one that isn't super cheesy looking. This paddle covered all the bases for me, has a good solid feel, light (but good sweetspot). Like the style of it - just a good wood grain / modern wood vibe. Like the style of cover that isn't a big bag type. Only issue I can see is the edge (white) getting discolored over time if you hit the ground etc, but that is no biggy for me (can clean it or ignore - lol). Recommended!

Super light weight! Loved the grip on the handle. Would recommend for people looking to get into pickleball and not sure what to buy.

Great beginner set

For the price you can’t beat these paddles. Lightweight, good feel and plenty of power. Slightly textured service makes spinning the ball easy.

Great value. Use the paddles and bag, buy different balls

Great way to get into pickleball, 2 paddles work great and the bag and balls are a nice bonus.. but give the balls to your kids and go buy some Franklin X-40 or Dura Fast balls so you're using a more widely used/enjoyed ball. The paddle grip isn't overly long so if you're a "two-handed backhand" player you may want something longer. However, if you use one-hand and are just getting into the sport going with this set or the Niupipo MX-06 set is a great way to get 2 paddles and start playing
