Material wirkt solide und gut verarbeitet, habe mich für diese Marke entschieden, weil dort auch andere Instrumente hergestellt werden. Die Lautsprecherrolle ist weit genug von den Drums entfernt, sodass es verschont von Schlägen bleiben sollte, und wenn doch mal getroffen, wirkt das Material so robust, das es nicht gleich abplatzt oder reisst. Der Sound aus den Boxen könnte besser sein, aber ist bei dem Preis so verkraften, am meisten Spaß macht es mit Kopfhörern, und dafür haben wir es auch gekauft. Es gibt keinen Display, was ich gut finde, denn dann kann auch keiner kaputt gehen. Die Bedienung ist sehr simpel gehalten, einfach drücken/durchwählen bis zur gewünschten Option. Eurostecker und USB-C kabel waren dabei

This comes neatly packed and has (almost) everything you need to have some fun whether you’re an adult or child. All you need is a power supply. You can also use your own wired headphones for convenience. It has a demo mode for each style which can give you examples of what any particular style can sound like. It has a rhythm mode that will play piano melodies depending on which style you choose too. You can change the tempo from slow to fast on any demo/rhythm setting. The built in speakers can go relatively loud too without getting too distorted. It’s a soft rubber base so it’s easy to pack up and bring to a friend’s house or take it on the go.

These drum pads considered toys are more than excellent; I could say the sound could pass as a professional, as a real one. Someone who knows how to use a drum could create great sounds out of this; nobody will know this is a toy. My son is still very young and almost 6; we have not given it to him yet until Christmas, but I am sure he will love to hit this thing and learn to play; this is an excellent start for a boy or girl who likes drums. The sound quality is fantastic and very realistic, and great features are that you can control the volume and use headphones; you do not need to hear it all the time; only the one using it can listen. The pedal is great, and the setup is like a real one, so when they are ready for the actual thing, they will know already how to use it. Great drum pad for the house and the young and old rockers at heart! The sound is good but some of the beats are a little off. Over all this pad is a great time and myself and my two boys 7-6 years old played for hours after opening. I would recommend this to anyone who loves to walk to their own beat!

Perfect affordable starter kit!
Planning on getting an full electric drum set down the road, but wanted to feel out a cheap option for now to see how I like it. This set is absolutely perfect for that. The sounds are okay and you can’t vary how “hard” you hit each cymbal/drum, but that’s expected for something like this. I’ve also read reviews that say it’ll make a sound twice, but I can say from experience that’s just from the drumsticks bouncing if you don’t know what you’re doing. I recommend looking up a video on how to hold/use drumsticks correctly, not something you think about but it makes a big difference in how you play.

I bought this as a drum midi controller. So far so good. Really easy to add my own samples in my DAW (Ableton) to customize my drum kit sounds. 9 sounds altogether including the 2 pedals. USB-c direct to computer. No extra power needed. Included speakers are meh, but that’s fine with me. I didn’t use the other features.

Nice beginner set for kids
I got this set for my four-year-old who likes to bang around on a drumset from time to time. I knew it was going to be plastic and not have the same sound quality as an expensive electric drum kit, so I didn’t dock and star points for that. The sound quality is pretty good considering. It doesn’t get super loud but that’s a good thing considering it’s made for kids. Overall, it provides a nice outlet for my kids to play and learn rhythm/coordination simultaneously. And yes, I do find myself spending a lot of time playing with it too. It’s fun!

by no means an actual drummer in a band, so keep that in mind. but i work from a desk and it gets slow sometimes so I pass the time drumming to my phones music on this with headphones so as to not disturb the family, family says that with their door closed they don’t really hear me banging on the drum pads, though when I first got the product I was impressed with the loud volume and clarity of the built-in speakers. I chose this drum set as opposed to others because it looked the coolest by far,( doesn’t look like a preschool toy) and it was not much more expensive. aesthetic totally is worth the extra 15 bucks or so cause it look sick in my office! after extended use it does show signs of wear on the drum pads I use the most (snare and hi-hat) but I hit them pretty hard, so that’s expected, it still looks awesome. Kind of a badge of honor to see the wear and tear,

Nice “getting started”/portable set
Our little drummer turned 5 recently, and he loves this set. He’s been drumming on everything he can get his hands on for over a year now, so it was nice to get him something that was actually made for it. It doesn’t take up too much room, and its really nice to be able to put headphones on him and let him drum his heart out with relative silence for us. I played around with it a bit (haven’t touched a drum set in over a decade) and I was surprised how responsive it felt. Its definitely not a “toy”, and you can make some pretty awesome beats with it.

It works I got it kind of to annoy the family that has kids young kids so yeah it’s a little entertaining in that aspect it sounds all right and you could probably learn actual running on it it seems like good a heads to practice on and you can turn it down pretty low so it’s not as annoying so it’s all right pretty good product

WOW Donner Electronics they sent me free roll up drumsthey said the problem I had was extremely uncommon and sent me free drums this is very commendable of this company the new drums are working correctly I plugged them into my computer and recorded them they’re not amazing sounding and drums and sound identical to another set I got by pile but play much better with bigger pads one suggestion that I wish they would do is add a built in battery so you can play them without hooking up the power brick and cable I also find the petals a little difficult to use for the hi hat and base drum overall for the price they are quite fun but not as good as a real electronic drum set great place to start for beginners and kidsThank You Donner ElectronicsThe drums were working OK until I use the headphone port then the right speaker stopped working and started making a hissing sound and when I play the drums it plays static and the power light blinks also the unit started getting warm and making other weird noises out of the right speaker like chirping noises I’m pretty disappointed with the unit it didn’t even last an hour also the sound quality was never very good so maybe I just got a defective unit

Company Provided Troubleshooting Tips That Improved Sound

I’m replacing my original negative review because I don’t feel like I gave this Donner Electronic Drum Set a fair chance. My plan is to put some effort into learning how to play this drum pad to see if I really want to learn how to play drums at my age, and before making a sizeable investment in a full drum set. Honestly, it’s kind of tough to find a good place to set up a pad like this and comfortably play it. The company contacted me and gave these suggestions to improve the sound quality:”Troubleshooting: Please place the product on a relatively hard flat surface, such as the floor and desktop, and then use your hand to vigorously press all the pads to discharge all the air inside to solve the problem. (No need to connect electricity)”So I followed the company’s troubleshooting and found the Byliable Small Folding Table Portable Camping Table on Amazon (screenshot) and decided to try it. I like that one side can be lower than the other so I could set up the drum pad at an angle. Tonight I set it up and this is a video of the first time I started tapping on the drum pad. As an adult beginner, I know I’ve got a long way to go. But this was fun.Young children will love this drum pad because they can just set it on the floor and bang on the drums all day and be thrilled. If you’re older and maybe a beginner like me, make sure you set the pad up on a solid surface and push all the air out of each drum pad as the company suggests. It certainly made a night-and-day difference in my opinion of the product. I love playing on it now!

Good sound, built well and durable. Donner has come a long way with the quality of their products. This is no exception. The battery last a long time and doesn’t take forever to recharge. I would recommend this for any drummer to practice on.

Practice your drums at home without driving your neighbors crazy
This drum pad set is pretty awesome. It is, essentially, an entire drum kit that is laid out on a flexible rubber pad that rolls up for easy storage. You hit each pad with your drumsticks, and the sound of a real drum comes out of the built-in speaker, or a pair of headphones connected to the drum pad. If you are already a drummer, this is a great way to practice without the neighbors wanting to burn down your house. If you are just thinking about becoming a drummer, this is a cheap way to try it out without having to spend the large amount of cash on a full drum set, not to mention the work of having to transport, find a place to set up a drum set, and then actually setting it all up. This pad takes up about 1.5 square feet of space on a desktop or table. Be warned that hitting the pads does created a thump, and that sound does transfer through the pad into the surface it is sitting on, so practicing late at night using this pad in an upstairs apartment will be heard by your downstairs neighbors, but you can just keep that in mind and not hit the pads as hard to avoid any arguments with them. This is a good drum pad for practicing or trying out the drums. 5 stars.

Really nice for a quick drum interface I can deploy for an on-the-go insertion in DAW
I have a full, “solid” drum machine, with a bit more features that make it a bit more like playing physical drums…but what I most OFTEN need (as a non-drummer musician recording backing tracks) is just a quick little fill or crash or “ting”, working in a DAW…& I don’t use the “big” drum-pad unit often enough to justify a permanent, full-time space in my small working environment, this ‘roll-up’ pad is PERFECTLY sufficient for most such work, & can be stored in a TINY, compact niche & deployed in mere instants & then folded back away…don’t ignore this kind of drum-pad design as a “toy” even if you’re a more-serious-type electronic-music auteur: for quick occasional utility, it has a utility-to-impact ratio that’s hard to beat. 😉

But comparing this to a real e drum kit, its made towards preteen to early teen in my opinion. One thing I dont like is it has no built in battery while other competion on the same price range has.

Foot pedals work great and the ability to change tones, add rhythm and record are great.Did discover that where these really shine are with headphones and better yet, powered/amplified headphones. Granted. I’m talking about $200 headphones but wow! Sound quality using this route is amazing. Highs are high, bass tones are deep, rich and smooth. Even with normal headphones these sound great. Our 9 yr old is thrilled and his Dad rather enjoys them as well.Would buy again.

This is a great little drum set, wish they made these when I was a kid. Excellent for orienting new-comers to drumming as to the physical positioning of a drum set. While keep parents sane, quite and comfortable. Sound comparison to real drums is about a 6 rating – which is not half-bad. My needs are strictly professional and had to resort to buying the Alesis Pro-Pad 8, but as far as Donner is concerned – I use the Donner $200 DDA-35 Drum Amp, so Donner is a real-player in the e-drum world. E-drums are the future so we all have to come to that realization. Absent the great apocalypses, we are never going back to wooden, animal skin drums.

My daughter wanted a drum set for Christmas. That was a bit out of our budget. Especially not knowing if she would really stick with it. This was a great compromise. She plays this regularly and having the option to put headphones in makes it even better. She usually plays in her room, so with the volume control this is perfect. It puts a smile on my face to hear her play. It’s not loud enough to disturb me watching TV in the next room. I definitely recommend for a child or someone trying to figure out if they would like to invest in a real set.
