I have tall girl problems. Long legs. You can’t sit in too low of chairs for sooo many reasons. Normal desks can be too short and office chairs that need to be boosted up to keep your knees level with your hips don’t always fit easily under said desk.I work at an old school law firm where my u-shaped desk is very old school and built into the wall with shelving above it (so I can’t even use a standing desk option). And all the office desks are like this…so there’s no hope.I can’t sit like a normal person either. I love crossing my legs, sitting crossed legged in my chair, draping my legs out and over something. But under a short desk like mine? It really limited my options and it drives me insane.So I bought this to help give me some options for leg positions cause I just CANNOT do the feet flat on the floor position. Soft, comfy, and lasting!
This is the best foot rest for my WFH set up! I like that it is soft (I don’t use shoes on it and wouldn’t recommend others to either). My fiancée even loved it so much I bought another one for him. When I’m not using it while my desk is in standing mode, our dog likes to use it as a pillow. It has held up very well for the over 1 year we have had it as well! It has some grip on the bottom, but I usually push it up against the wall behind my desk as we have hardwood floors and I can’t fully rest my feet without it sliding. But, I have no issue with this! Would 100% recommend if you have a desk up against a wall and a similar set up to what I mentioned or have a carpeted floor for slightly more traction. If you’re okay with all that, you’ll love it!

This has helped so much. I love the height and the fact you can turn it over to use with what feels like a little more height but it’s not really. This foot cushion is perfect! It’s firm enough to provide a stable rest under pressure (while seated), but soft enough to be extremely comfortable. I had to jump on here and write a review because I can’t believe the difference this is has already made for me. I took a chance and purchased this foot rest during Prime Days. It was delivered the next day, which is already amazing to report.Anyway, I have never used one of these things before so I have nothing to compare this to. But, I am newly working from home and knew I needed to upgrade my whole desk situation fast as my current ergonomics are pretty bad.I took this foot rest out of the box and laid it on the floor with the plastic still on since I had no idea if I was going to keep it. However! WOW. This foot rest literally elevated my body and posture immediately. I could tell the fatigue in my feet disappeared only a few minutes into using it. I’m actually writing this review while still sitting in the same position!Anyway, something worth mentioning: I purchased a new seat cushion on Prime Days as well since my desk chair has seen better days. I kept hoping the cushion would feel comfy under my bum and thighs but it kept hitting me weirdly. So I began the process to return the cushion but realized that I had not tried the cushion out with the foot rest!So, I plopped the foot rest down on the floor and plopped the seat cushion in my chair. I sat down and BINGO! The foot rest immediately lifted my lower body to an appropriate position and height, and that new seat cushion feels amazing. It’s a perfect fit. I am ecstatic… it’s the little things, you know? I’m now keeping the seat cushion AND this foot rest. So before you return or throw out your cushions, consider elevating your body first with a foot rest!Also, another side note: it’s worth mentioning that of course this foot rest will vary per person, that’s understandable. For reference, I am 5’4, weigh around 160 and have all of my lower body weight on this thing. It is solid. It is not sliding around. Also, my feet have good spacing between them and around them too as they rest on the foot rest. It is durable and high quality from what I can tell… and I am realizing that 20 minutes into this writing, the swelling in my legs is down!So please do yourself a favor: don’t overlook your lower back and feet when you’re setting up your desk at home. You really should consider purchasing something like this if you plan on sitting for hours. I’m going to buy one for my dear friend who just found out that she and her hubby are expecting their first child! I just know she’s going to appreciate feeling the immediate relief in her feet like I did. I hope this was helpful.

Great idea
Helped my back out a ton. I usually can’t touch the floor with my feet at my desk and I’d been sitting cross legged or bent over (which in turn had caused mild sciatica along with bad posture over the years). I’ve been trying to train myself to sit up and was struggling to do so with my feet always uncomfortable. This pad eliminates my issue and while I still find myself cross legged (bad habits die hard), this has helped immensely and it is very comfortable.

I know everyone says they never write reviews, but this time….. blah blah blah… Well that is me too! I am too lazy usually, but I had to share this for my fellow severe daily back pain folks out there. I have tried to find a foot rest to help my lower back and help me to sit comfortable, but have been unsuccessful until now!Typically hey are not high up enough so I use a stool and have to put both my legs up high, but this amazing discovery puts my legs into the perfect height to take the tension and stress off my lower back. I have serious back issues and HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that likes their legs elevated some. I was NOT paid for this or given anything to try! A picture speaks a thousand words!FYI, there are also additional height options, and you can take it apart and use only one piece to lower the height, OR, you can flip it upside down and will rock back and forth for those with A.D.D/ OR that trouble sitting still. I have I have included pictures to help. GO BUY IT, SERIOUSLY you won’t regret it!!!!

I have been using this for a year and love it! I came here to write a 1-year review and realized I have been using it upside down with the bumpy dots on top. I actually find this even more comfortable as I can rock my feet and calves back and forth and the support is sturdier on this side – less memory foam but still comfortable. I highly recommend!

Perfect for a desk job

Ergonomics aren’t my thing. Like, in the abstract sure—good idea to have proper posture and all that jazz—but in practice my desk space is wanting. As a result, I tend to sit higher in my chair with my desk raised a bit, and I found that my feet kept searching for somewhere to land that wasn’t the floor.So, having done a bit of research, I landed on this foot rest, and I have to admit that it’s one of the best products I’ve bought from Amazon.Let’s be honest. It’s not much more than a couple of hunks of foam. Even so, I’m more comfortable sitting at my desk for long periods of time. I haven’t had much cause to wash it yet so I can’t comment on that, but it’s taken some abuse from my feet and from my kids (who love using it for a head pillow!) and it’s held up splendidly. Even the hook-and-loop has stayed intact…and I’m pretty rough on this stuff.Amazon tells me that I bought this thing months ago, and yet it’s still as firm as the day it arrived. I’d say I’d buy another one again in a heartbeat but I honestly feel like this thing is gonna last!Very, very pleased.
