These things are amazing. Put them in the party room of our fraternity house and they have held up to the damage. Nothing wrong with them at all. Do not even need the controller to operate. Very user friendly and portable.

Nice product for the price. I hope they will last. I was definitely a little concerned about the product quality especially for the price. Overall I am pretty impressed. I purchased four units. Setup was easy. All worked during setup. One would not receive an address during a live show so I was bummed that I had to take out of service. The fixture throws a pretty decent beam. Approx 20 feet. They definitely add the extra dynamic I needed for our shows. I will most likely buy several more of these units if they hold up for a couple of moths.

I have been djing for about 12 years though put away the art for a few years now.I have a background as a sound and lighting engineer.I bought these lights because my daughters school couldn’t find a DJ within 6 hours of the school. So she asked me if I would do it. I agreed but needed to buy lighting as I had gotten rid of all my lighting equipment.The lights in the video are U`King LED lights. There are 8 led pars, 2 moving head lights and 2 moving head RGBW spots.I am using a basic DMX controller to run these lights.The lights are bright enough to light an outdoor area 40 x 60 and still provide effect.Very happy with these lights.

Overall the units have decent construction. The moving parts don’t make too much noise, at least not yet anyway so thats a plus. In the box you’ll get the bracket shown above, power cable, light fixture, and manual. If your new to running lights and don’t have a DMX controller, I would find the setting shown in the photo above. It should react to sound but also pay attention to another photo I included. Around the mic portion of the light. You may need to take the back of an earring or bobby pin and punch out the plastic guards over the mic port. When in sound mode the light will cycle thru a series of random colors, patterns and positions. It is only rated at 25watts tho so don’t expect a super bright presentation when other light is present. But in a decent sized dark room I think they will do nicely

Decent lights for a decent price.
For the price for 2 mini lights not bad. Although their are a few minor issues with the focusing lens either being cracked or scratched due to shipping mostly; which is an easy fix l while they work well and are powerful. As for me being in high school and just having my own I am impressed just because I was expecting worse. One thing I wish they head was a power off mode or something I could use to turn them off or hibernate until I am ready to use them but unfortunately you have to unplug them.

It’s ok. Worth the money but has issues
These lights are ok. I ordered two and had a issue with one making a funky sound when turning it on. I tried to make a profile for use with dot2 software but the dmx channels didn’t match the profile with the manual that was provided. I had to figure out what each Dmx channel did on my own. You can determine how to find this out by patching in each channel as a dimmer. From here just turn on each channel one by one to find out what each channel does. I do recommend buying these but be ready to figure out how to operate these on your own.

Good lights, needs a better manual and support
These lights are pretty nice for the price. The problem is that the U’king website isn’t great and they take a somewhat long time to respond. The manual is not very helpful at all and the packaging is rather cheap. But, overall I like them. They’re quite bright and and they move quickly. I like the variety of gobos and colors that you get for the price. I haven’t tried them with a controller yet but when I do, I’ll update this review.My only concern left is that one of them seems to be off-center, I’m going to see if they’ll fix it for me. If they do I’ll likely buy another 4 of them. I’ll probably bump them up to 4 stars after I use them for a while and if I don’t have any serious issuesUpdate: customer service was pretty prompt considering they’re in China. They sent me a replacement light which took a long time to come but it did eventually. I bought 4 more and they all run well together. Have yet to test with a proper dmx setup. I may update this when I do. So far they’re great for the price.

Complicated to set up and use
I used it on a stage for a event, and it was pretty complicated to set up and use, ad you have to connect it to a special dj light board to use it properly, I had to get some help in setting it up, but once I got the hang of it, it worked beautifully, with nice strong white lights that could dance and spin around the room in different patterns according to the music, or you could just do it manually, it also was able to spin around in 360s and flip upside down, and the actuall machine was a solid strong piece, it didn’t just feel like a piece of garbage, even though it’s a little expensive, it’s definitely worth the money.

With a little more experience I must upgrade my satisfaction rating with this product (in fact I purchased a second unit). Other reviews have noted the lack of information up front and so it is. But, I found eventually all my enquiries and questions have been answered. Problems with slaving and a head that did not return to home position etc are fully understood now. Similar units can cost a lot, I mean a lot of money so expecting $1,000 performance from a $100 machine may be unfair. However, However, on stage and working they compare more than favorably. This small staffed supplier provides a heavy duty, good quality product and tries extremely hard given to answer customers questions. Bottom line “A good bang for the buck” that I would recommend and will use this supplier again when the need arises

Bought this light for doing some DJ gigs. There are multiple modes where you can color wash or color change or fade. You can have it do sound activated mode and change colors to the beat of the Music, also you can connect it to many other of these same lights with a master-slave configuration where they will all do the exact same thing as one another.

Honest Product
I’m a DJ, and these lights are perfect for my work. 5 stars! They sync with the music and are fairly simple to set up. You will need to purchase a DMX cable to have them work in sync with each other and I invested in a T-bar to have them operate higher in the air at my gigs, but aside from that these work as very good entry-level DJ lights. If you’re looking for stronger light beams you may want to get ones that are more powerful (higher wattage) but for my venue where I keep the night fairly intimate and dark, these do the trick. Again, 5 stars! And don’t forget to purchase a DMX cable to sync them.

Keeping in mind the price….these units were great! They all powered on, synced too DMX, and have functioned for quite some time now.If you are reading this though….keep in mind they are not Chauvet Pros or even ADJ so don’t be surprised when the gobos misalign or if you have to manually adjust the motor position while they’re on. Super cost effective and functional. Period.

Good purchase if you’re starting to get into lighting.
I bought this product mostly to add some flash to our shows and to do something creative at a summer camp for teenagers.It is very easy to control DMX wise. It comes with a guide that tells you the channels and what they are programmed for. It does make for a more interesting stage to have moving lights.What I don’t like about this product is actually the “gobo” or different designs you can change the spot to. I thought they were kinda wonky. I might feel differently if I used it with a haze machine but I don’t know at this point.I mean, it moves, it’s bright, it’s DMX controlled and it’s a good product.

Was looking for an inexpensive solution for my mobile dj setup and found these and purchased 2.Great value for what you pay for compared to the more expensive units ($500+). The light is smaller than I had expected and is the perfect size for mobile duty. No instructions came in the box but there’s not too much to figure out. There are a few programmed shows, sound active and slave/DMX. Mic sensitivity cannot be changed so you’re stuck to what U’King has pre programmed. The programmed shows are more than good enough if you do not want to program your own DMX show.Lights are bright enough for a medium sized room (25-50ft). And I like that they have a color split and gobo shake option.Overall good light for the money. Build looks sturdy enough. There’s no fan to help with air circulation in the head, only a heat sink. So hopefully these will not overheat during a longer session. If not, no biggie… They’re pretty cheap to replace.

I order this stage light for a friend and he liked them. Wanted some more light since he is a part time DJ. They work great, seem and feel really sturdy and love the patterns of the lighting

Just ran these for the first time, worked well but had to ensure both were connected by a DMX cable and to not touch them when turning on power so they stayed in sync.

To be honest I was surprised to see how bright they actually were for their size. I recommend you dmx these movers to get the most out of them. I’ll be hanging these upsidedown most of the time. Great product!

Fantastic Bang for your buck! Holds up outdoors as well.
I purchased 2 of these lights, one almost 2 years ago and a second a couple months ago. I installed it under the eve of my roof facing my backyard patio. The location of the light it doesn’t get rained on, but if the wind blows strong it does get wet. This is NOT an outdoor rated light, however due to the cheap price I figured who cares if it only lasts a few months. Well after 2 years the first one is going strong and still works great. These are much harder to program that higher end lights and the mounting system is very difficult. However for the price these are 5 stars all the way!!! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a decent cheap light.

These are great party lights. Easy to setup and give a great light show. I controlled them with LightKey software which was super easy to patch as it has a profile for them built in. The make a little fan noise but that’s to be expected and it isn’t a problem once the music starts. 🙂

Cheap alternative to ADJ Pocket Pro
great cheap moving head lights. Comparable to ADJ Pocket Pros, just not as bright or well made in the DMX department. Great addition to anyone who wants a setup on a budget

Great bang for the buck

With all of the movers available online, I did as much research as I could before settling in these. I purchased two and couldn’t be happier. With a little dog/haze they look even more awesome.I don’t use a controller for them I just hook them up with a DMX cable and run the sound sensitivity mode at about 25.I wish there was more support for them on operation because there is a lot of guess work. The manual is extremely vague too. But as you can see with my video, for the price they do the job. Tempted to buy two more.

Wonderful product!
Bought this light for doing some DJ gigs. There are multiple modes where you can color wash or color change or fade. You can have it do sound activated mode and change colors to the beat of the Music, also you can connect it to many other of these same lights with a master-slave configuration where they will all do the exact same thing as one another.

This is actually a very nice light for the price!
I have purchased many China-based lights in the past similar to these. However, I honestly am very impressed. Not only are these very quiet and smooth, but their responsiveness is extremely fast and is comparable to similar Chauvet Intimidators. The head is well balanced and the lens appears to be well focused and clear. The mounting bracket that comes with these lights is typical for a light this size, and fits nicely.The gobos are very clear and crisp, and the color wheel is vibrant. The half-color effect is really nice to have, which isn’t found in even some of the comparable Chauvet and ADJ models. The dimmer curve is also very good, so you can program these for really cool small to medium-sized events. Works great with Chamsys MagicQ (if you use it) but outside of that, operates like your average DMX head. I plan to buy another pair of these in the future to grow my rig actually!

These are awesome
Set two up at a trade show. Using a DMX controller for a simple “searchlight” looking move. We turned them on Saturday night and they ran literally 24-7 non-stop until Wednesday morning. I would recommend them.

Good lights, if you can deal with the noise.
They work well, hooked up to a Chamsys board.Easy to program, mostly.My only issue is they are Noisy fans.Like really loud.We have them in a small black box theater. You can always tell when they come on, and the fans run all the time.But for the price, they work.
