1. Eligibility

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. It must also be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Please note that certain items, such as those marked as final sale or clearance, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Other items that do not qualify for refunds and returns are items purchased at a discounted rate.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated customer service team at contact@grabitcenter.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if your return request is approved.
  • Pack the item securely, including any accessories or documentation, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the package.
  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to verify its condition. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will proceed with processing your refund.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective.
  • Refunds for returns of products purchased during promotional periods or at discounted prices will be issued at the discounted price and will not include any promotional or discounted amount.
  • If your refund is approved, you will receive an email notification confirming the refund amount and the timeframe for the funds to be reflected in your account.
  • All returns incur a 20% restocking fee.

4. Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
